Millie the Mermaid is a beautiful fairy with a headband that has a green star at the center. She has a great expression on her face, and her eyes are looking off to something that’s happening on the side. She has a blue and green tail and top and wears an armband on her right arm. She’s seated on a rock and you can see some coral, seaweed, fish and shells. One of the cutest bits is the little seahorse she is carrying.
